We Need a New Vision for 2020-2021 
 
BBOED: 
  • Engagements for BBOED for 2020-2021 
  • Carol will follow up with Dennis Degnan regarding 2019-2020 scholarship 
Donations: 
  • PPE and paper products Gwen and Rev. Patterson working on this project will follow up 
  • Back Packs for Life-Cindi 
  • Donation to a Veteran owned company making masks and donating to veterans and hospitals 
  • $25.00 donation to the Gift of Life in memory of Antoinette Tomassii, Silvana's mother in law 
  • 25.00 donation to the Gift of Life in memory of Anna Trimblett, Donna's mother in law 
  • Donation will be  made in memory of Rev. Paterson's father to organization of her choice
Fundraisers: 
  • Calendar Raffle 
  • Virtual Paint Night 
  • Virtual Bingo 
Installation/Roles:
  • Virtual Installation subject to change 
  • Majority of roles will remain the same
  • Carol Trojan agreed to take the position of V.P. 
  • Define job responsibilities of each role
 
Membership: 
  • We need change to increase membership ( Make changes-change to grow)
  • Strong membership committees 
  • Reach out to a different audience 
  • Do more for our community 
Committees we will need going forward: 
  • Membership
  • Public Relations
  • Administration
  • Project Committee 
**We do not have enough members for these committees, however once membership increases so will the committees**
