PROGRAM:
This meeting focused on plans for the Club's 100th Anniversary Gala to be held at Chandelier Restaurant on June 20, 2020. The following topics were discussed:
100th Anniversary:
The theme is "Reflections".
"Save The Date" cards were mailed. Total cost was $270.
Virginia and Cindy will meet with Sidney Orlando and discuss the Club's requirements to see if there is a fit.
Melissa is the proposed music committee chair.
Cindy will obtain quotes for Step and Repeat and Pop Up.
Cindy will obtain quotes for photography and flowers.
Lori will head the budget/finance committee. She will be assisted by Donna and Silvana.
Janice will assist with the sponsor letter which must be sent out before the end of the month of February.
Rev. Patterson agreed to assist in the creation of an electronic slide show. We will also store pictures on a CD.
Invitations should be mailed by April 11th (Easter).

Journal Ads
Members unanimously agreed on a $30.00 ad for AME Zion's Black History Month on Sunday, February 16th in honor of our Interact student.
A $100 full page ad for Rev. Patterson's 10th year anniversary at AME Zion on April 19th.
The Paul Harris District dinner will include an ad honoring Club's past presidents.
Senior Center:
Donna and Virginia were accompanied by Alicia L. (Zoning Officer) on a visit to the 56th Street Senior Center on Tuesday, February 11th. We provided an overview of Rotary and raffled two (2) Dunkin Donuts gift cards totaling $20.00. The Club unanimously approved the $20.00 at the current meeting.
Cindi provided reusable bags for the seniors.
Other Topics:
The Club thanks Silvana and Vincent for their donations:
Silvana donated $150.00 from her Superbowl 50/50 winnings.
Vincent LoRe donated $50.00 in lieu of participation in the 50/50.

On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier. Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi is Co-Chair. We will need help on various committees. I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use. Further details to follow.
