*********************************************PROGRAM: Today there was no guest speaker it was a informational meeting. Bi-Laws were given out at the last meeting. Carol stated that there were no issues. Members voted and all agreed that no changes need to be made. Dr McGeehan asked if the financials we will put on record for all to see. All agreed that financials will be recorded quarterly. Janice Hall is planning an event for the community with the mayor. Details to follow. BCB Scholarship Fund discussed need to verify if this a designated donation, if so we can only use the funds for the scholarship. Also discussed was the Walk to fight Alzhimers it was agreed upon that we will register as a group. The five Avenue of Services was discussed. Club Service- Chairperson: Rev. Dorothy Patterson. Vocational Services- being of service to others, inspire higher education. Rotary as business leaders and share their expertise and experience. Chairperson: Dr. Degnan, , Dr. McGeehan and Carol Trojan. Fundraising: Dr Gwen Giannina and Donna Trimblett. Super 50/50 Dr Gwen Giannins and Donna Trimblett. Walter D Foundation- Donna Trimblett. District Conference- Silvana Buccianti. Vocational Services: Dr. Degnan, Rev. Dorothy Patterson. Vocational Scholarship: Dawn Herring and Carol Trojan. New Generations: Chairperson-Janice Hall, RYLA: Janice Hall and Carol Trojan. International Service Commitee: Chairperson Harold Kawalek, Rotary International Foundation -Rosemary Kellner, Gift of Life-Tom Coughlin and Harold Kawalek, Water Well Project- Dr Degnan, Rev. Dorothy Patterson and Janice Hall. It was discussed that we have been doing the Water Well for years and that me need another project geared toward international services. Janice Hall won the 50/50 and donated the money back to the club.
