PROGRAM:  

• There are 565 Municipalities in New Jersey 
• Every application takes approx 2-3 months and each application is unique 
• There are 18 zones in Bayonne Residential and Industrial 
• There are limits in zones on what can be built in each zone.  Zones have permitted uses each new tenant or business need to get a use permit which cost $100.00
• A variance can be filed if your zone is not permitted  for the use of which you want to build.   
• All buildings have a setback distance to property line which is 3 feet from property line 
• Parking: New construction to provide parking for tenants anyone with address of new constriction addresses will not be permitted to get city parking passes. 
• Planning meeting is open to the public the 2nd Tuesday of the month and the Zoning meeting is the 3rd Monday of the month.  It can also be watch on TV on channel 72 on cable vision. 

• District meeting attended by Cindi and herself spoke of membership and upcoming training
• Confirmed meeting for Read Across America meeting @ Little Boho Bookstore
• Stated check has been sent out the Chess Tournament trophies for Robinson School 
• Interact student/Nicole Sexton Diaper Drive for Woman Rising for the entire month of January.  Donations can be dropped off at the office of Rosemary Kellner. 

On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier.  Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi Sisk-Galvin  is Co-Chair.  We will need help on various committees.  I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use.  Further details to follow.
