Governor Mitchell spoke with Board Members asking core question and operations of club
How many members – 25
Prospects – 0
Goal for new members- Virginia spoke of the challenges for new members. Governor Mitchell stated all clubs face the same challenges of getting new members
Suggested personal touch invite someone to come to a Rotary meeting with you.
Social Media- Melissa and Michael trying to attract new members
Governor suggested that we invite John Cosgrove Asst. Membership Chair to our meeting to give suggestions on how to attract new members.
Discussed our signature projects:
Water Well Project started by Dr. McGeehan
Working with seniors once a month, meeting with them, talking, breaking bread and chair exercises
Stated we can have our events and pictures posted to District Page by contacting Jennifer Atkins and Rick Saltarelli
Discussed that 1 Honorary member has affiliates it Guyana and they are working towards separate bathrooms for the boys and girls
Governor stated he will be coming to this event. Advised to contact Jennifer Atkins to have posted on District page.

On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier. Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi is Co-Chair. We will need help on various committees. I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use. Further details to follow.
