The meeting was brought to. order by Rotary President Carl Biscaldi at 7:41 AM.  The following topics were discussed. 

• Duties of all officers. Need to get detailed information on what each officer's duties are. 
• Changing years of service for the President and Vice President 
• Evening meeting format change: Carl stated that we tried to do meetings with free events, and there really weren't that many more people attending.  We will. be going back to the original format.  Web will try to get speakers for the evening meeting; if not, the meeting will be just Fellowship. 
• The Elks Reading Initiative was a group of Rotarians who volunteered. 
• Discussion on adding Zoom to the morning meeting for those who are unable to attend.  This Zoom will be in addition to the morning meeting, not a replacement, to get more Rotarians involved. 
• Hearts Event cancelled, there are many obstacles to getting this done. 
• Senior Baskets:  Waiting on a total number of Seniors and a date that we can deliver.
• Read Across America:  We will need the names of the Rotarians who will be attending so we can let Washington School know.  Also, anyone attending must bring a valid picture ID to enter the school. 
• Champions of Peace email was sent out will send out the flyer 
• Golf Outing: Cindu will send out an updated flier to Carl.  We will be serving hamburgers, hot dogs, and salads. 
• Citizenship Breakfast is June 2, 2026, 8:00 AM at The Chandelier Restaurant, $40.00 per person.
