PROGRAM:
This meeting was a working meeting we discussed the 100th Anniversary Gala.
Past Presidents
We agreed to honor past presidents from 1978-present
Members will attempt to obtain addresses and Janice will use her resources to obtain addresses still needed
Sponsorship/Journal Ad
Janice will provide sponsorship letters and journal ad letters from previous fundraising event to use as an example
We need to use a dedicated bank account for the event to be discussed wit treasurer
Cindi will get a master list from the Bayonne Chamber of Commerce
Janice also stated that for companies like Costco and Shoprite you can request sponsorship online
Sponsorship of $10,000.00 to receive free tickets for a table of 10
Janice, Dawn and Rev. Patterson will be the committee for Electronic Memorabilia
Music/decorations
Melissa agreed to commit to the music committee- DJ vs Live Band
Cindi will contact Bloomtastic to get a quote for approx. 20 tables at $25.00 each.
Photography/Social Media
Cindi reached out to Rochney she is still waiting for a quote
Virginia and Cindi met with Sidney Orlando in regards to Social Media position and will update at the next meeting
Other/Fundaraising
Cindi suggested that we have a paint night fundraiser location to be agreed upon
FROM THE PRESIDENT'S DESK:
On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier. Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi Sisk-Galvin is Co-Chair. We will need help on various committees. I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use. Further details to follow.
