Guest Speaker: There was no guest speaker, this meeting was a working meeting.
This meeting was a working meeting the following topics were discussed:
Boards Meeting to be held on a monthly basis
Read Across America Event it was decided that there will be a Rotary speaker and then 3 additional readers.
The Rotary speaker will be Viriginia
The readers will be Superintendent Niesz, Sandra Dear of Little Boho and Tom Coughlin from BCB.
Rotary Club will purchase 100 books to give out at the event.
Each child will receive a book and afterwards will have red, white and black donuts and water.
Any leftover books will be distributed to Pre-K and K classes across the community.
Discussed that we need more social media coverage for the club and for the events we hold.
We need someone to be committed.
Rev. Patterson stated that she can have the Bayonne Community News at our events.
Board agreed on $200.00 for the fire victims
Committee agreed on the ticket price for the 100th Anniversary Gala of $125.00

FROM THE PRESIDENT'S DESK:
On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier. Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi Sisk-Galvin is Co-Chair. We will need help on various committees. I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use. Further details to follow.
