PROGRAM:There was no guest speaker today, it was a working meeting. The following items were discussed
- Cindi started off with a moment of silence for Steve Stamos's brother who passed away
- Discussed tickets sales confirmed we had 62 sold
- We discussed setting up at the museum on Wednesday November 20, 2019. The museum will be opened for us at 2:00 and the interact students will be there at 3:00 and there will be 2 shifts on Thursday 3:00-5:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM
- We confirmed what restaurants were delivering food and what restaurants need to have food picked up
- Cindi will meet Carol and they will bring all the raffle baskets to the museum on Thursday.
FROM THE PRESIDENT'S DESK:
On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier. Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi is Co-Chair. We will need help on various committees. I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use. Further details to follow.
