Guest Speaker: There was no guest speaker today we used this meeting as a working meeting.
This meeting was used as a working meeting for preparation for Rotary's 100th Anniversary Gala. The following topics were discussed:
Pop up banners and step and repeat banner we will compare pricing before any decisions are made.
Save the dates are back from the printer on Thursday 2/6/2020@ 10:00 AM Carol, Dr. McGeehan, Virginia and Cindi will meet to label
Donna to get additional addresses and bring to the post office for stamps and mailing
Discussed pricing of sponsorship: $10,000.00,$7, 000.00, $5,000.00 and $2,000.00.
Theme of Gala will be reflections.
We will reflect on the Rotary's past presidents, present and the future of the Rotary.
Dr. McGeehan to talk about how the water well project initially got started

On June 20, 2020 we will have our 100th Anniversary Celebration at the Chandelier. Dr. Patsy McGeehan is Chairperson and Cindi Sisk-Galvin is Co-Chair. We will need help on various committees. I encourage every member to be on the committee where their skills will be best put to use. Further details to follow.
